Giving a Hoot! is a section dedicated to my personal reflections on the issues that affect me as a student and a member of the community at The University of Texas at Austin. The reflections are inspired from, among other things, issues that I have covered as a student reporter at The Horn as well as policies that I have learned about during class.
The Burnt Orange "Greek" Redemption: A Manifesto (under construction)
The University of Texas at Austin is a culmination of many communities that contribute to the overall learning atmosphere provided at the university. In this manifesto, I not only discuss why it's critical for the "Greek" councils at UT-Austin to work toward a more equal system, I present a solution that could help ensure that students who belong to this community have the means to work towards this system.
